Can we book photography and videography together in one package?

Accepted Answer

Yes — our combo collections pair a photographer and a videographer who are experienced working together. Booking both in-house means one contract, one point of contact, and a co-ordinated edit. It also tends to be more economical than hiring two separate vendors.

Can we customise a collection to fit our specific wedding day?

Accepted Answer

Every collection is a starting point, not a fixed box. If you need more coverage hours, an additional shooter for a ceremony happening simultaneously in two rooms, or a specific album size, we will build a proposal around your actual requirements. Tell us about your day and we will send a tailored quote.

Question 3

What is included in a typical full-day collection?

Accepted Answer

Full-day collections generally cover up to approximately 13 hours — from bridal preparations through to the end of the reception. Depending on the collection, this includes a photographer, a videographer, or both; high-resolution image delivery; a highlight film and feature film; and an online gallery. Specific inclusions are listed on each collection card above.

Question 4

How do we secure our date and what deposit is required?

Accepted Answer

Once you have chosen your collection and we have confirmed availability, we send a contract and invoice for the deposit. Your date is held only after the deposit is received and the contract is signed. We recommend booking as early as possible — spring and fall Saturdays fill up 12 to 18 months in advance.

Question 5

Do you travel outside Toronto for weddings?

We cover the entire Greater Toronto Area — including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville, and surrounding cities — with no travel surcharge. For weddings in Niagara, Muskoka, Prince Edward County, or further destinations, contact us and we will include a travel cost in your quote.

Question 6

How long after the wedding will we receive our photos and films?

Accepted Answer

Edited photos are typically delivered within eight to twelve weeks of your wedding date. Your highlight film and feature film follow a similar timeline, with exact delivery depending on the season and scope of editing. All deliverables arrive via your private online gallery or digital download link.

Question 7

What à la carte add-ons are available?

Accepted Answer

Add-ons can be included at booking or discussed after you review your collection. Photography add-ons include: extended coverage ($300/hr), engagement shoot ($850), engagement album ($300), wedding photo album ($600), parent albums ($800), canvas prints ($500 each), and an extra photographer ($1,500). Video add-ons include: extended coverage ($300/hr), same-day video edit ($890), extra videographer ($1,500), ceremony livestream ($600), and all raw footage on HDD ($700). Guest add-ons: photo booth with props and prints ($790) and thank-you cards, 100 pieces ($500).

We have a multi-day or multicultural wedding — can you handle the full event?

Accepted Answer

Multi-day events are something we have documented since 2011. Whether your celebration spans a Mehndi evening, a Baraat, a Nikkah, and a reception, or a two-day South Asian or Chinese wedding, we will scope the full event and provide a comprehensive proposal. Our team knows the key rituals and timing for ceremonies across dozens of cultural traditions.
